NMAT short for NMAT by GMAC, is conducted at the national level for MBA entrance exams in NMIMS University and other top B-schools in India and overseas. Spearheaded by Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies until recently, GMAC now conducts the NMAT test. Unlike other standardized tests, NMAT provides test takers with flexibility of time and location within the duration of the test window. Like GMAT, NMAT will allow candidates to choose a date, time and place for the exam depending on the availability of a seat in the selected test centre. The NMAT exam is conducted annually during a designated test window, and the NMAT by GMAC score evaluates candidates in three sections: The test covers Language Skills, Quantitative Skills, and Logical Reasoning.
